Shipping

Orders are being processed as normal and deliveries are usually dispatched within 24 hours. 

All stock is sent from our Auckland location.

New Zealand

NZ wide shipping is $12.00
Ordering samples (max. 3 handles of different styles or colours). Place your sample order and we provide a discount code for free shipping for subsequent orders.

Australia*

*International orders may be subject to additional custom fees, duties or taxes that are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We are unable to refund you if you refuse the package because of customs charges.

Returns

We offer a straight-forward returns policy so you can buy with complete confidence!  

If you're not 100% happy with your order send it back within 14 days of purchase (excluding shipping and handling fees). Products must be returned in original condition, and accompanied with the original packaging.

We will either exchange it, replace it, or refund the purchase price. If a product is faulty – please notify us immediately and keep all packaging for the returning of goods.

Please email hello@metalahomeware.com within 14 days notifying us that you wish to return an item, including the invoice number on the email, and the reason for returning it and we will provide return address. Any items for return after 14 days is at the discretion of Metala Homeware and if accepted will incur a 10% restock fee.

We cannot accept unused goods in damaged packaging unless they are faulty. Freight charges are not refundable unless the goods are faulty, in which case we will also refund the cost of returning the goods to us and we will send out a replacement. 

Once we have received the returned products we will notify you by email of your exchange or refund entitlement.
